The short version: your inner life stays on your device. Your cycle details, reading results, and reflections are never sent to us. We collect limited site usage and performance data to understand whether the website is working well.
01 What we collect
We do not collect your cycle details, reading results, or reflections. Browsing My Inner Season, generating readings, and exploring the crystal library require no account and create no behavioral profile. We don't ask for your name, email, birthday, or cycle data to use the free experience.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect limited, privacy-preserving site usage and performance measurements, such as page views, approximate country, browser and device type, referring site, and page-load performance. This helps us understand whether the site is being used and working well. It does not receive your cycle inputs, reading results, or reflections, and we do not use it for advertising.
The only time you share anything with us directly is if you choose to email or use the contact form — and then only what you type into it.
02 What stays on your device
To make the experience feel personal, a few small things are remembered locally in your browser — never transmitted to us:
- Your theme choice (Sunny or Moonlit mode)
- The inputs you give a reading — your cycle phase, moon phase, and day
- Any preferences you set as you explore
This lives in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data removes it completely, and it never leaves your machine.
03 When you contact us
If you email us or send a note through the contact form, we receive what you choose to share — typically your name, email address, and message. We use it only to reply to you. We don't add you to a marketing list, sell it, or share it. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to help, then let it go.
05 Third parties
Cloudflare hosts, delivers, protects, and provides privacy-preserving analytics for this site. Like any hosting and security provider, Cloudflare processes standard technical information needed to serve requests, such as IP addresses and request details. The site also loads a web font from a font provider, which receives standard technical request information. There are no advertising networks involved.
06 Children
My Inner Season is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. The upcoming mobile apps will include an age gate (13+).
07 Your rights
We don't create a behavioral profile from the free experience. For anything you send us directly, such as correspondence—and, when Premium launches, account or reminder details—you can ask to access, correct, or delete it as applicable. Reach us anytime at hello@myinnerseason.com.
